Readers and Anthologies

I bought an Ereader.

You guys were incredibly helpful, but I ultimately decided I didn't want another computer (no matter how small), so this is just for subway, metro north and plane rides.

And I love it so far.

(By the way, I bought it at the Woodbury Commons outlet center, where I was able to use a $50 coupon, so I feel real good about that too!)

Submissions for SEX AND SHOES will close September 2nd.

MEN IN SHORTS will close September 15th.

Also looking for Xmas, Hanuka, and New Years' erotica stories (not in the same anthology).

Hi Lori,
Thank you so much for posting the deadlines on these two submission calls.

Yah. There's still time for hot men in shorts.

I think we're all going to have these eventually.

Which eReader did you go with?

What word counts for the holiday stories? Thanks.

I bought a Sony eReader.

Word counts for all short stories are 2000 to 5000.

I'm still looking around to try to find the best one..I keep hearing so many different things about each e-reader it is so hard to pick one.

Lori, your former post for Sex and Shoes indicated a required word count of 1000 to 5000. I sent an entry that clocked in at approximately 1300 words back on August 4th. I'm not sure if you received it, since I didn't get your usual out of office reply.

May I adjust the word count and re-submit?

Also, do you accept rtf or word attachments?

There are lots of free e-books on the internet. Can you read those with the eReader? The Kindle? Or can you read only the books sold by the service attached to the ereader?

Does your new Ereader also come in a braille model?

Are you only interested in those specific holidays? Or would Yule, Kwanza, ect. also be acceptable?

Just have to say I enjoy reading your blog, it's always interesting!

I can download manuscripts on the eReader, which is why I bought it. I haven't tried reading anything else yet.

Don't know about braille models.
